This a terrain-based skills session for riders who have ideally completed one or more of our Fundamental Skills Sessions and are an intermediate rider.
The focus of this session is to learn how to corner with more flow, traction and stability. Fundamental skills (Body position, braking and terrain awareness) will be applied to cornering on both bermed and flat corners. There will also be an opportunity to progress to more advances techniques such as angulation and rotation to add adaptability and refinement to your corner technique.
This session can be booked individually or as is part of 4 session program (a comprehensive and cost-effective option).
The maximum participants for this session will be 6 to maximize your learning time and provide opportunity for specific individual feedback.
There will be 3 groups offered:
- Mixed genders – men, women and gender diverse (coaches who are men or women)
- Women and gender diverse (Coach who is a woman)
- Men and gender diverse (Coach who is a man)
LBGTQIA+ riders welcomed in any of our groups.
When you register for a program or session you can indicate your preferred group. Our final groupings will be dependent on minimum numbers and coach availability. To the best of our ability, we will try to cater for your preferences but in the event that we are unable to offer your preferred group, we will contact you with some options to choose from.
