Description

Private coaching sessions are the proven method for a comprehensive and tailored approach to progressing your skills and confidence on the MTB.

We acknowledge that progression takes time and can involve multiple skill sets, this multi-lesson package allows us to put together a custom program that provides the building blocks to work towards your specific goals, incorporating time to practice and consolidate between sessions.

Prior to your first session we gather information on your specific riding goals and experience level and then our PMBIA certified instructors do their homework to carefully craft a unique learning progression just for you. Throughout the session the Instruction is pitched to where you are at as a rider; skill and importantly confidence, the terrain is selected based on your personal goals and the content is delivered at a pace appropriate to you enabling the ultimate learning environment.

A key benefit of a private session is access to feedback and analysis. Feedback can be direct, collaborative and also internal. Included in you private session is our video analysis, we use this during and after the session as a powerful tool which helps you understand and breakdown the specifics of your skill set and visually supports the steps needed for further progression. We also coach you to be able to build your own self awareness as we believe the key to on going progression relies on a riders ability to self reflect and analyse their own riding.

Each private session is 2hrs in duration.
